Interlife places the beneficiaries of the toolkit in the middle of a real development project, make him feel more responsible and putting him in a position to go out concretely from a difficult condition of deprivation and need. Through the local partners, Interlife follows him through a process of participatory and truly sustainable development. A path that is divided into the following main steps:
0. Start Condition
The men and women beneficiaries of the project are living in extreme poverty and exclusion from the working world, often victims of usury and explotation and in conditions of semi-slavery..
1. Vocational Training
The first step is participation in a training course at the training center of our local partner, with the following path:
- particular training in the subject of the toolkit;
- training in business management and direct marketing of its products;
- visits to other realities or agro associations models, to have "on field" examples of good management, production and commercial activities.
2. Start up of his/her own working activity
At the end of the vocational training, participants are supported by our experts and local partners in the start up process of their own business activity or helped in the job placement in local firms.
During the project, conditions are created so that individual beneficiaries may constitute a true cooperative that can raise the chances of success of each company and become a point of reference solid working within the community.
4. After the project
The beneficiary, released from its initial condition of poverty, become self-managing to support their family. Achieved this first goal, always supported by our local partners, the beneficiary will pack a new toolkit to give to a new person who needs it, thus triggering a virtuous circle of development.
