Chubekka Tandoori:
Luca Termite pedals for

the girls of South India

His solidarity trip in support of the Interlife project “A bike for school”

Luca Termite has decided to support Interlife and the project “A bike for school” by transforming his bicycle journey from Georgia to India into an experience of concrete solidarity: Ciubekka Tandoori .

Every kilometer traveled becomes a message of hope and a gesture of commitment in favor of the girls who, in the rural villages of Southern India, risk having to give up school every day.

A journey that crosses borders and cultures, with a single goal: to donate a future through education.

The bicycles distributed thanks to the support collected by Luca during his journey represent a symbolic stage of a larger journey, which Interlife carries forward continuously.

Luca does not deliver “the first bicycles”, but strengthens an existing commitment, demonstrating how the action of an individual can multiply the impact of a supportive community.

The project: A bike for school

In South India, many girls have to walk long distances to get to school. Distances, combined with fragile family contexts and a culture still marked by strong gender inequalities, often lead to school dropout and early marriage.

With the project “A bike for school”, Interlife intervenes in a concrete way by donating bicycles to school-age girls, allowing them to continue their studies, move safely and build a different future.

The project is active every day, in South India, thanks to the support of institutions, foundations and private donors.
